We are currently working on setting up a live video conference call to potentially happen during the 11:00 am Sunday morning worship service this weekend at Spruce Grove Alliance Church. The purpose of the call is to connect the team with the church family back home real time from the YWAM base where we are staying. Sunday is the first day we are in Costa Rica, and is typically a day of preparation, prayer, rest, and focus for the team, so this will be a great chance for family and friends back home to hear from the entire CR team, and what is in store for the days ahead. You may even get a real-time glimpse of where we will be staying during our time in Costa Rica.
Please note that I indicated that the call is potentially going to happen. Many variables affect whether this call will happen or not, but we are doing our best to make it a reality. Make plans to be at the service to see and hear from the team!
We saw your smiling faces on the screen this morning - though we only heard Stephan & James' voices for about 10 seconds. Maybe next week will be better (if we can get an internet connection at La Heredia church). It was good to see you and have you responding to our questions. Thanks for making the effort to assemble and be on video! May you all be rested and ready for what is in store this week. We are praying ...
