"One thing that has really struck me about this trip so far is our speaker last night (Sunday night). He was a Spanish speaking man named Mario that had his daughter translate for him. He spoke about how God caught him up from the uncaring attitude and led him to where he is today. Along with this, he sang two Spanish worship songs for us. These songs were stunningly beautiful to listen to, even though you couldn't understand a word. In these songs, you could feel the Lord in the music. It is truly amazing to worship with those of another language, and although you cannot understand each others words, you can still worship together as a family in Christ."

**Below is a short portion of one of the songs that Mario and his wife sang that Tristan refers to above. It was truly a wonderful experience.
Beautiful song and so true Tristan! And we get to worship multilingually in the new heaven and earth (Rev 5:8-10).
ReplyDeleteThe passion with which Jammie and Mario sang this song continues to move me to tears.
